Mount Rainier
We had been to Mt. Rainier once before with Aly, and hiked the trail to Crystal Lakes. It was a beautiful trail, but most of the park was closed due to snowfall.
The cloud cover was low the first day, but the landscapes were still amazing.
We hiked the Paradise Loops and the Skyine Trail – some of the most popular areas right above the lodge.
Some of the critters seemed pretty comfortable with humans.
The views were beautiful, but most of Rainier itself was covered in clouds.
We returned the following day for clear skies

There are countless trails in and around the Mountain.
Lush forests with waterfalls everywhere.
